Summary
Amends the
Parliamentary Service Act 1999
to: provide for the creation of a statutory position of Parliamentary Librarian; and make consequential amendments to the
Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976
and
Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973
. Also gives statutory status to the Parliamentary Library and the Security Management Board.
